Foundation Preserves was born at the intersection of deep personal loss and a professional calling.

In the wake of a life-threatening partial molar pregnancy and the subsequent struggle with PTSD and panic disorder, I found my way back to myself in the simplest of places: the kitchen. It started as a return to a cherished childhood memory—coming home from gymnastics to my mother’s crepes filled with jam.

We believe that maternal wellness requires a foundation of support, both emotional and physical. My journey through pregnancy loss and the breastfeeding challenges I faced with my next two children led me to turn my lived experience into professional expertise.
